Google PageRank

What is Google PageRank?

The PageRank system is a compilation of algorithms used by Google to establish the web popularity of each of the pages that it adds to its index. In its search for objectivity, the PageRank system uses a complex secret equation of billions of variables, the result of which is expressed as a numerical value on a scale of 1 to 10, an indicator that is automatically reassigned daily. This data is essential when establishing the position of a page in the ranking of results of a query in Google.
