In Spain, these are the working conditions for minors and people over 16 years of age.
- Night work is prohibited. It is considered as night work the one that takes place between 10 at night and 6 in the morning.

- They may not perform more than eight hours of effective work per day, including training time.
- If the continuous daily shift exceeds four and a half hours, a period of rest during the shift of at least 30 minutes must be determined.
