If you are having problems with Elementor, try following these steps:
- Read our documentation and check out our frequently asked questions. Make sure your server PHP version it is above 5.4, although above 7.0 is ideal.
- Make sure you use the most updated versions Elementor, WordPress and its theme.
- Disable all your plugins plus Elementor (and Elementor Pro). If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you detect the problem plugin.
- If you have a caching plugin, be sure to disable it, or even better: purge cache.
- Change your WordPress theme (temporarily) to WordPress Twenty Nineteen (or another default WordPress theme).
- In your WordPress root folder, edit the
wp-config.php
and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true. - Ask in the Elementors Community Facebook Group and Forum

If you have followed all these steps and are still having difficulties, please
contact our support following these steps:
- Describe the problem and what caused it. Be as precise and detailed as possible.
- If you suspect that the problem was caused by the theme or plugin you are using, please attach the name + URL of the theme / plugin.
- Send us your system information. You can find it in Elementor → System information. Please, use Pastebin to paste it and send it to us.
- On the Elementor page, press F12 and select the console tab. Paste the messages in Pastebin.
