What is a Hashtag?
A Hashtag is a hash (#), or rather, a word that is attached to it for create a label on certain social networks. Initially used by Twitter, little by little it has spread to other corners of the network, to the point of being one of the essential components when transmitting information, grouping content or cataloging trends.
Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest and many other networks have assimilated and included this element in their operating mechanics due to its great advantage.
