Turn off the console and turn it back on
According to several affected users, this particular error code can also appear due to an error caused by a temporary file that your console is saving. If this is the case, you may be able to perform a soft reset to fix this problem.
This procedure successfully clears all temporary data, as well as power capacitors, to ensure that temporary data cannot persist between runs and cause error code 2110-2003.

Here is a quick guide on how to reset your Nintendo Switch:
- On the console, press and hold the circular power button (at the top of the Switch console).
- Press and hold the button until the system turns off (this will happen after 10-15 seconds).

Restart your Nintendo Switch

Switch to Google DNS
If none of the following possible solutions worked for you, you should seriously consider a domain name address (DNS) mismatch. There are many user reports confirming that switching to the Google-provided DNS range was the only thing that helped them fix the error code 2110-2003.
- In the initial window of the Nintendo Switch console, select the option “System Settings” (the gear icon).
- If you are in the “System Preferences” menu, select the “Internet” tab in the left menu. Then go to the “Right” menu and select “Internet Settings”.
- Your console will create a list of all available Wi-Fi connections. When the list is completely full, select your Wi-Fi connection from the list (under Saved networks).
- After choosing the appropriate network settings, select “Change settings” and scroll down to the DNS settings menu. Afterwards, set the menu to “Manual” so that you can change the DNS.
- Now hold the B under Primary DNS to clear the current value. Then add 8.8.8.8.8 and press A to store the configuration.
- In Secondary DNS, hold down the B key to clear the existing Secondary DNS. Then delete the existing value as before, add 8.8.4.4, and press A to store the changes.
- Try connecting again and see if the connection is successful this time.
