Fix ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED error in Google Chrome

If your internet connection has any proxy settings, which restrict the loading of the web portal, then you may get error 111: Net :: ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED in chrome. You must disable proxy settings to resolve this error.

This is because Chromium cannot provide proxy solution for some sites. You should consider the opportunity to render secure HTML by removing HTML scripts or a plain text message, since removing all HTML / Script tags can result in an unaesthetic page, even if it is secure.

The problem is that trusted internal proxies, when sending a custom error message as a page lock message, and said custom error is not rendered ending with an arbitrary error message on the client end there is no way that endpoint can understand why the original request was not retrieved.
