In some cases, when activating Safe Mode, you may see a message similar to this:
"Keep in mind! We were unable to disable all your plugins in safe mode.
This message means that Safe Mode you cannot disable all installed plugins, especially when there are MU (required) plugins installed. Learn more about MU plugins.
This issue is typically caused by a developer or hosting company implementing one or more MU (required) plugins. In this case, you must deactivate any UM plugin through your server's admin control panel or contact the hosting provider to deactivate it.
If you get this message, Safe Mode it can still help diagnose the problem; however, unless you manually disable MU plug-ins, those plug-ins will still be activated and will not be part of the troubleshooting process.
Note: Safe mode can only be activated by site administrators (that is, users with administrator privileges), because only they can disable plugins. If you don't get the Enable Safe Mode option, ask your site administrator to turn on Safe Mode and fix the problem for you. In the case of a multi-site configuration, only super administrators can enable safe mode.
