Clear Alternate MAC Address
- Press the Xbox button.

- Scroll down and select Alternate MAC Address.
- Under the other MAC address, select the Delete button.

Disable Hyper V for Windows 10 users
- Press Windows + R to open a Run dialog box.
- Type “cmd” in the text box to enter the command prompt and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open a tall prompt. When prompted by User Account Control, click Yes to grant administrator privileges.
- Type the command and click Have Access to fully disable the Hyper-V feature: dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature: Microsoft-Hyper-V
- Once the procedure is complete, close the high CMD prompt and restart your computer. The changes will begin.
Run sfc Scan
- Press Windows + X to open the main menu.
- Click Command Prompt to open the command prompt, then right-click Run as administrator. Additionally you can press Ctrl + Shift + Enter.
- Type the command: sfc /scannow. Click Have access.
- Wait until the procedure is complete.
- Once the procedure is complete, restart your computer and check that the error is still present.
