Issue 1: Your connection is not private
I get the error "Your Connection is Not Private" due to the SSL error. SSL (secure sockets layer) is used by websites to keep all the information you enter on their pages private and secure. If the SSL error appears in the Google Chrome browser, it means that the Internet connection or the computer is preventing Chrome from loading the page safely and privately.

Problem 6: The server has a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman public key (ERR_SSL_WEAK_EPHEMERAL_DH_KEY)

If you own this web portal, try configuring your server to use TLS 1.2 and TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256, instead of RC4. RC4 is no longer considered safe. If you cannot disable RC4, make sure other codes than RC4 are enabled.
Fix SSL connection error in Google Chrome
Make sure to create a restore point in case something goes wrong.

Method 3: Enable SSLv3 or TLS 1.0

Method 4: Make sure the date / time on your computer is correct
1.Click on the date and time in the task bar and then select "Date and time settings".
2.If you are on Windows 10, make "Set the time automatically" to "on".
3.For others, click on "Internet Time" and check the box "Automatically sync with Internet time server".
4.Select the server "time.windows.com" and click update and "OK". You do not need to complete the update. Just click OK.
