Elementor 2.1 - Overview

The new Elementor 2.1 includes solutions to many requests that our users have sent us over time.

The right button of the mouse

Starting since Elementor Version 2.1, we transfer all our edit controls to a new context menu, which appears when The right button of the mouse a page / section / column / widget identifier.

Copy paste

When you The right button of the mouse you will find the Copy and Paste functions. There are three different types of Copy paste:

Copy / Paste elements - Now you can simply Copy an element (widget, column or section) and Paste anywhere on the page. When pasting on top of a widget, the pasted item will be placed underneath.

Tip: Use the shortcut CTRL / CMD + C, and then CTRL / CMD + V, to copy and paste items.

Copy / Paste element style - With Paste style, you can paste the style of any element you copy (Widget, column or section), then apply it to any other Widget, Column or Section.

Copy / paste between pages - Copy, Paste and Copy style really work between pages! You can Copy any Widget, Column or Sectionand Paste on a different page of your site.

Reset style - You can easily go back to the default style settings for each item by right-clicking and choosing Reset style.

Right Click - Page Level

The right button of the mouse anywhere in the drop area, you will get these Page level options:

1. Copiar todo el contents - You can copy the entire content of the page and paste it on a different page.
2. Delete all content - 'Delete all content' option moved to Page level The right button of the mouse.

Change breakpoints for mobile devices and tablets

You can set the breakpoint values for mobile devices and tablets.

1. Go Elementor > Configurations > Style taband set the breakpoint value for mobile devices and tablets
2. Save your changes
3. Go Elementor > Tools > General tab > Regenerar CSS, click Regenerate files

New video features

New video features include:

1. Self-hosted videos with HTML5
2. Start and end times of the Video widget (for supported platforms)
3. Mostrar / Ocultar Logo from Youtube
4. Dailymotion videos added
5. Set start and end times for background video
