General design issues
Problemas de cache
Very often the cache is causing the layout issue you see.
- Go Elementor> Herramientas> Regenerar CSS and click the Regenerate files button.
- Update your page. You may need to make a small change to enable the Refresh button.
Thematic problems
Change your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme like Twenty Nineteen to see if your theme is causing a problem. If so, contact the theme developers for help or use a different theme.
Version issues
Design issues can also be caused by using an older version of Elementor. Sometimes it is not obvious that there is a plugin update available. To go Control Panel> Updates and click the Check again button to be sure.
IOS problems
Column layout issues can occur in older versions of iOS due to the use of the CSS grid by Elementor. iOS supports the CSS grid starting with iOS 9.3. Older iOS versions may have column layout issues.
