Elementor Pro not working

If you can't edit when you activate Elementor Pro, check the following:

  • Activate the Safe Mode * and see if it helps. If it doesn't help, try the following:
  • Enable the editor's loader method in the Elementor> Settings> Advanced en su panel de WordPress (si el problema ocurre en un server específico).
  • Disable your plugins plus Elementor and Elementor Pro and check if it solves the problem. Switch to a default WordPress theme (temporarily) like Twenty Nineteen and check if it fixes the problem.
  • If it didn't help, make sure your memory limit is set to at least 128MB according to our requirements. You can check the memory limit for WordPress through your system information located in the "system information" tab of the Elementor settings in your WordPress dashboard. If your memory limit is less than 128MB, please send this article to your hosting company: https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
  • Ask your hosting company to disable ModSecurity through its Cpanel para solucionar problemas. Algunas configuraciones establecidas a través de este firewall pueden bloquear Elementor Pro. En lugar de desactivar ModSecurity, pueden Check the ModSecurity error logs to find out if any rules from this firewall does not lead to the problem. Memory limits added through this firewall can prevent Elementor Pro from working.
  • If nothing helped edit from another computer to rule out a problem with a program installed on your computer.

If you were unable to resolve the issue after trying the tips mentioned above, please open a support ticket via my.elementor.com and provide us with your admin-level WordPress login details.

Note: Safe mode can only be activated by site administrators (that is, users with administrator privileges), because only they can disable plugins. If you don't get the Enable Safe Mode option, ask your site administrator to turn on Safe Mode and fix the problem for you. In the case of a multi-site configuration, only super administrators can enable safe mode.
