Inboundization

Inboundization concept

What is Inboundization?

Inboundization is a technique consisting of combining different marketing techniques from attraction marketing (Inbound marketing) in order to achieve good results in a short period of time. For this, it takes advantage of the assets that the company owns when developing strategies and using resources of any kind.

Unlike the marketing philosophy on which it is inspired, which focuses on obtaining results in the medium and short term, this technique advocates speed and agility. One of its main tasks is to obtain a greater volume of traffic for a business, even though for this, it must first be verified that 3 aspects are met. If they do not occur, it is not feasible to implement this approach.

If you do not have a well prepared and complete database, considerable organic traffic to the business website and some type of active PPC action; It is better to rule out resorting to inboundization, as it will not give the expected results in the estimated time.

Take advantage of those assets that are already in place for a fast and efficient volume increase. From this dynamic, it manages to differentiate itself from traditional inbound by quickly achieving objectives; even when it is something that should not stray too far from it, since it does not end up being absolutely independent.

A method widely used in companies that need an additional push at certain times, but also demanding with respect to active resources.

What is inboundization for?

Inboundization serves, fundamentally, to obtain that the traffic of visits to the web of a business increases rapidly. It is a strategy that has numerous apps, such as trying to make a user who abandons the purchase when he is close to making it become interested in other related content, or even carry out mail marketing campaigns taking advantage of that very fed database that we mentioned.

Since it is a system that can be used in different channels, such as social networks, e-mails or even normal web pages, it has numerous uses that provide short-term benefits to businesses. In spite of everything, his goal is always to increase figures quickly.

Inboundization Examples

To give an example of inboundization, suppose that our marketing agency, NeoAttack, wants to take advantage of this strategy. Taking advantage of the database of our clients, we launch an email marketing campaign to remind them of several of our services, always leading to a landing page. Another opportunity would be to offer visitors content of interest in case they go, for example, to contact to inquire about our services of Web design.

Both cases are valid examples of Inboundization, since they take advantage of existing assets.
