Reset your browser to default settings.

  • Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Advanced link.
  • Scroll down until the Reset Browser Settings section appears.

  1. Open the Start menu.

  • Open the Microsoft Edge browser, but make sure not to restore the last browser session. Then click on the three dots icon (…) and click on Settings.
  • Click the Clear browsing data button to choose what you want to clear. Check all the boxes and click the Delete button.

Remove malicious add-ons from Microsoft Edge.

  1. Open Microsoft Edge. Click the More button in the upper right corner, then click Extensions.
  2. Click the Settings icon before the plugin you want to uninstall.
  3. Click Uninstall.
