Why can't users see my popup?

«I have created a popup but users cannot see it.«. If your visitors don't see your popup as expected, verify that the Terms, Triggersand Advanced rules are configured correctly.

• Terms determine where (on which page (s)) a pop-up will appear. Do your conditions indicate that the pop-up will appear on the page you expect?

Also note that you may have several different conditions, triggers, and advanced rules set that must happen before a pop-up occurs. If only some of those rules are met, but not all, the pop-up will not appear.

Pop-up window B - Provides guidance on effective management of clients' projects.

Condition- Only displayed on the membership home page

Trigger- only displayed when the user intends to exit the page

Advanced rule- Only shown to users who are not logged in and who come from an internal page dealing with project management

Popup window C - Offers a generic guide on the benefits of the entire business membership program

Condition- Only displayed on the membership landing page

Trigger- only displayed when the user intends to exit the page

Advanced rule- Only displayed to users who are not logged in and who come from a search engine

For any of the three pop-ups to display, each of the rules must be applied or the pop-up will not occur. In this example:

• If the user comes from a place other than the 2 specified internal pages, or from a search engine, no popup will be displayed.
• If the user meets all the rules for one of the pop-ups, but the user is logged in, no pop-up will be displayed.
• If the user is not on the membership page, no popup will be displayed.

Pop-up windows may have design issues with iOS 10 or earlier versions, and pop-ups are not compatible or compatible with IE 11 or earlier versions.
