The taskbar is one of the most useful items within the Windows operating system, because in the end it allows a complete control of the equipment: open programs, shortcuts from the start and search menu or even indicators of the status of our equipment on the right side.
However, Microsoft's customization alternatives are not excessively abundant, which may cause some users to dislike it. If this is your case, perhaps one of the actions that could help you achieve better results is center shortcuts and open programs on the taskbar, something that many customization programs make possible but that is not necessary since it can be obtained without installing anything thanks to a little trick.
Center the Windows taskbar buttons with this trick
As we already mentioned, by default the customization alternatives are very few. However, by following just a few small steps, you will be able to center the icons that compose it. For this, you need to follow the following steps in order and little by little, because if not, it probably won't work for you:

- Finally, in order to determine the new location of the taskbar icons, you must click again with the right button of the mouse on an empty area of the mouse, and again select the option «Lock the taskbar». Doing this will keep the icons from moving and will position them slightly to the left. At the same time, it will prevent you from accidentally resizing the taskbar. If you wish, you cannot follow this step, even though it is recommended so that the icons do not return to their initial position or to a new one.
