1) Download the complete SpotifyInstaller.exe file on your computer.

Of course, the first step in testing it is an energy cycle. It may seem simple, but it tends to avoid weird bugs like this.
To make a complete power cycle, proceed as follows:
- First, cancel the download of the Spotify app if it's still running;
- Now press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until you hear a beep;
- Once the console is off, unplug it from the wall outlet;
- Leave on for 2 to 5 minutes;
- Reconnect the cables and turn them back on.
