Logitech has worked hard in recent years to win back the gamer crowd, and I'll be damned if the G933 isn't one of the best shows yet. Regardless, many Logitech G933 users report that their headphones are not working properly. You cannot talk to people through the headset's microphone.
Your Logitech G933 microphone may be disabled or not set as the default device on your computer. Or the microphone volume is set too low, so you cannot clearly record your sound. To check this setting:

- Connect the headset to your computer using the wireless adapter and a USB connection before starting the update.
- Slide the power switch to the ON position.
- Now press Windows + S, enter “Command Prompt” in the dialog box, right-click on the app and select Run as administrator.
- At the command line, run the following command so we can find the G933 Firmware Update Utility.
