Internet Explorer 10 Back Button Not Working Correctly

Right click on Windows Internet Explorer (I think it should be KB2718695), then click Uninstall. When the procedure is complete, restart your computer to complete the uninstallation. The previous version of IE is restored.
Use this option if you want to uninstall Internet Explorer and go back to the previous version of your IE. It is not feasible to completely uninstall the version of IE provided with Windows. This will uninstall later versions and revert to the previous version.
