Check server status
Go to the FFXIV server status page to make sure there are no issues with nearby servers. If the server you are currently connected to appears as "Partial Maintenance" or "Maintenance", try connecting to a different server while this error is resolved, or wait for the developers to resolve the server issue.

If you have already fixed the possible network inconsistency, the next thing you need to do is establish whether the error 90001 is associated with a network address translation (NAT) obstacle.
