Several users asked us questions after receiving the 'ATKEX_cmd.exe has stopped working' error multiple times. For some users, this sounds like it happens every time they start up, while others report that the problem only occurs when they try to run a resource-intensive application, like playing a game or making a video. In most cases, the problem is reported for versions of Windows prior to Windows 10. atkexcomsvc.exe runs from below as a service in Windows (asComSvc).
