As long as an error occurs, it is logged and we can access the logs by looking in the Event Viewer to understand the cause of the problem.
- Click Start and type Event Viewer in the search bar. Right click and select Run as administrator.
- Find the Applications and Services logs and double-click Microsoft Office Alerts.
- You can read the local descriptions and find out what exactly is causing this error.
- If it is a system error, click Start and search for cmd in the search bar. Right click and select “Run as administrator”.
- Copy and paste the command below and hit Enter.
