Make sure to create a restore point in case something goes wrong.
Method 1: Update the audio drivers
1.Press Windows key + R and type $0027Devmgmt.msc$0027 and press enter to open Device Manager.
2. Expand the sound, video and game controls and right-click on your audio device and select Enable (if it is already enabled, skip this step).

Method 3: Uninstall the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver
1.Press Windows Key + X and select Control Panel.
2.Click Uninstall a program and then find the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver entry.
3.Right-click and select Uninstall.
4.Restart your PC and open Device Manager.
5.Click "Action" and then "Check for hardware changes".
6.Your system will automatically install the Realtek High Definition Audio driver again.
Check again if you can fix the "No audio output" error, if not, proceed to the next method.
Method 4: System Restore
When none of the above methods work to resolve the error, then System Restore can help fix it. So without wasting time run System Restore to fix No audio output device is installed error.
