Do you get errors after submitting forms?
Examples of error messages:
- Server_error This error is not visible to site visitors
- An error occurred
- A red X
You can have empty field IDs in one or more of the fields on your form. Open your form settings, select each of the fields, and then switch to the Advanced tab. If you notice that the I.D The option is blank, try typing a value (it must be a unique ID value that is not used anywhere else within the form).
