Looking for the error code tells us that the offline file cache is corrupted and that we need to repair or delete it to fix this problem. You are also a victim of this problem, here is how you can fix it:

1 Open Control Panel and go to Control Panel > Sync Center > Manage Offline Files. In the window then disable inline files in the tab disk usage and click the button Delete temporary files.
You can now check the status of the problem, if it is resolved now, you can start. If the problem persists, try the following steps.

2 press Windows + RRun and press Have access to open the registry editor.
3 In the left pane of registry editor, navigate to the following button:

4 In the right pane of the window above, right-click and select New -> DWORD value. Name the newly created DWORD how FormatDatabaseDatabase and double click to get it:
5 In the Change DWORD value field, set the value data (16) to 1 and click okay. Close the registry editor and reboot your system to fix this issue.
