reCAPTCHA<\/strong> is one of the most popular ways to prevent spam and abuse by preventing bots from submitting forms.<\/p>\n

To add a reCAPTCHA, you must first obtain the reCAPTCHA keys from the Google website. You can choose between reCAPTCHA v3 or reCAPTCHA v2. We recommend v3 as it is the newest, safest and least intrusive method to use.<\/p>\n

reCAPTCHA v3: <\/h3>\n

  1. Go to the Google site reCAPTCHA<\/a> and choose v3.<\/li>\n
  2. Add a tag to identify this instance. <\/li>\n
  3. Add a domain, for example, example.com<\/li>\n
  4. Choose the owner's email address or add a new one<\/li>\n
  5. Accept the Terms of Service and Send<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. On the next page, copy both the site key and the secret key.<\/li>\n
  7. Enter these keys in the Elementor> Settings> Integrations> reCAPTCHA<\/em> options and click Save Changes<\/strong>. (You can change the score threshold if you want. If the bots manage to get around the reCAPTCHA, increase the score.)<\/li>\n
  8. Add a new page and Edit with Elementor<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. Drag a Form widget<\/em><\/li>\n
  10. Go Form> Content> Form fields<\/em> and click Add item<\/strong><\/li>\n
  11. For Type, choose reCAPTCHA3<\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. Choose if you want to place the badge on the Right <\/em>(bottom of the page), left <\/em>(bottom of page), or online<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  13. Click Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You will now see the badge on the page.<\/p>\n

    reCAPTCHA v2: <\/h3>\n

    1. Go to the Google reCAPTCHA<\/em> site and click Get reCAPTCHA<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Below Label<\/em> enter your website name, choose reCAPTCHA V2 "I am not a robot"<\/em>, enter the domains you want to protect and accept the Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n
    3. You will receive two API keys<\/li>\n
    4. Back to WordPress Dashboard<\/em> > Elementor<\/em> > Configurations<\/em> > Integrations<\/em><\/li>\n
    5. Below reCAPTCHA<\/strong>, enter the two API keys and click Save Changes<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Add a new page and Edit with Elementor<\/strong><\/li>\n
    7. Drag a Form widget<\/em><\/li>\n
    8. Go To form<\/em> > Content<\/em> > Form fields<\/em> and click <\/li>\n
    9. For Type, choose reCAPTCHA<\/strong><\/li>\n
    10. Now you see the 'I am not a robot<\/strong>'text in the form<\/li>\n
