The second part is the configuration details that tell the operating system what to add and modify in the registry.<\/p>\n<p>To change the home page of a specific web portal such as Microsoft, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER -&gt; Software -&gt; Microsoft -&gt; Internet Explorer -&gt; Main.
