Some users have associated the problem with installing Windows 10.<\/p>\n<p>The problem occurs when you enter your password and press Enter at the Windows login screen. Typically, the error messages \u201cUser Profile service failed to login\u201d and \u201cCannot load user profile\u201d are displayed and you return to the login screen.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cree-un-nuevo-perfil-de-usuario-de-Windows\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Create_a_new_Windows_user_profile\"><\/span>Create a new Windows user profile<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>If you have a second Windows user account that you can log in to, you can use this account to perform the following steps to create a new user account.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless, if there is no other account, start the computer in safe mode (as described below) and try the steps. If this still doesn&#039;t work, reboot into safe mode and enable the hidden administrator account.<\/p>\n<p>To do this, type cmd in the Start menu search box, right-click Command Prompt in the list of results, and choose Run as administrator.<\/p>\n<p>At the command prompt, type the following:<\/p>\n<p>network\/active user admin: yes<\/p>\n<p>The solution should be: The command was executed successfully. Reboot your computer now and you should see an administrator account and your damaged account appear.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Habilite-la-cuenta-de-administrador-incorporada\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Enable_built-in_administrator_account\"><\/span>Enable the built-in administrator account.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the high indicator by switching to safe mode with the indicator. To switch to safe mode, use the power switch on the login screen and press Shift + Restart. This will take you to the recovery boot menu. Click Troubleshoot &gt; Advanced Options &gt; Startup Settings.
