We often do not buy the equipment ourselves or assemble it so we do not know what hardware it has. This ignorance can give us many problems because sometimes we need what type of graphics card we have, how much ram memory does our computer have or basically if the computer has a 32 or 64 bit Windows 10<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Data that is important for future installations or configurations, without forgetting that we will need it for be able to play computer video games<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Windows 10 There are three alternatives to know this information about the hardware of our equipment<\/strong>. The first of them and the most popular is to go to the Control Panel and in the System option see what computers we have and what hardware is recognized. But there are two other more unknown ways but with more complete information about our PC.<\/p>\n

Knowing what hardware we have is essential for many tasks with Windows 10<\/h2>\n

The first of those two ways is use msinfo32.exe application<\/strong> an application that we can open directly from "run" and will make an exact report of everything our team has. This information does not include only the usual components but we can also see the directx drivers that we have or the version of Bios that our equipment has. Quite useful.<\/p>\n

At the same time, Msinfo32 enables us create the report at will<\/strong>. In other words, we do not want the software or certain items to appear, because by checking them in the menu configuration it will be enough to have it ready. Later, this report can be exported in txt format and taken anywhere without having the equipment nearby.<\/p>\n

The second of those ways is through the MS-DOS console, in other words, the black screen that sometimes appears. In this console or terminal we write the following:<\/p>\n

After this, it will appear in the window. a detailed report of all the equipment we have, including software and BIOS<\/strong>. This command is essential for system administrators where it is sometimes difficult to have a window and we can even know the hardware of other computers remotely.<\/p>\n

As you can see, these alternatives to meet the team we have are less common than the first but are more complete and accurate than the first form<\/strong> Don't you think?<\/p>\n
