What is Copyright?<\/h3>\n
The Copyright <\/strong>is a license that protects the intellectual property of an author<\/strong>. Even though there are records that the first copyright claim arose at the end of the 15th century by Antonio de Nebrija, creator of the English Grammar, and promoter of the printing press at the University of Salamanca.<\/p>\n
At this time, Copyright is recognized as fundamental rights according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.<\/strong> With this, the author can authorize under what means his work can be distributed, as well as receive an economic amount for each copy sold (in the case of a book) and can also choose whether to withdraw his work from the market.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Copyright serves to protect the intellectual property of the author in the judicial sphere<\/strong>, providing the creator with exclusive rights to manage the use of his work.
