Content Spinning Concept

What is Content Spinning?

Content Spinning is a SEO-oriented technique that it is about creating texts by mixing several originals and making only slight modifications, usually, resorting to synonyms to change terms or even changing the order of the structure of the texts. It is a type of practice that is usually included within what is known as Black Hat SEO for its more than dubious quality and ethics.

It is something that web editors often use when they do not have time to produce quality content and do not want a website to lose positions in the Google search engine due to lack of updates. In spite of everything, it is neither an adequate practice nor does it achieve that positive impact when it comes to climbing in the search engine, since the quality is usually very low by not speaking with a deep knowledge and without sufficient preparation, as well as the fact that the content made public never becomes absolutely original.

In reality, on many occasions search engines classify this type of publication as duplicate content, which does nothing more than worsen the positioning of the web in question. Google, for example, detects this practice quite easily, so it questions the quality of the web and its contents and penalizes it in terms of SEO.

Even though it may seem like a solution for times when it is difficult to make publications to enrich a portal, it is not the most appropriate technique. Spinear content is the worst way to try to grow in the Google search engine.

What is Content Spinning for?

For many, content spinning is a quick and cheap way to thicken a web page while improving its quality and climbing positions in the web pages. SERPs from Google and other search portals; but the reality is quite different. This practice only serves to lose authority and to throw a content lacking in quality, leading to a negative impact on SEO.

At the same time, readers are increasingly pointing out this type of practice as soon as they detect it, and they do not hesitate to show it publicly. Therefore, at the same time of losing position, fame is lost at the public level.

Examples of Content Spinning

Detecting cases of content spinning is something that requires certain skill and knowledge of the publications of different portals with common themes. To illustrate with an example, we could pose a situation in which someone posted a blog on NeoAttack about positioning and instead of doing something original 100%, take snippets, for example, from this article and of this other to elaborate something.

The result, while confusing, would be lacking in quality and originality, traits that often define spinning.
