En esta sección, le mostramos el enfoque paso a paso del panel Suscribir Power BI con un ejemplo práctico. Antes de comenzar el proceso de subscription de un panel de Power BI, permítame mostrarle los paneles existentes en mi área de trabajo de Power BI.
To see them, click on Power BI My Workspace and then go to the dashboards tab. As you can see in the screenshot below, there are six panels.
In this example of Subscribe to Power BI dashboard, we subscribe to the fourth dashboard. Let me click on the fourth panel to see the images in it.

In the screenshot below, you can see the images available in this panel. To subscribe to the Power BI dashboard, click the Subscribe button on the upper right side.
By clicking on the Subscribe The button opens the Subscribe to emails window.
- The first text box is the name of the panel
- Subscribe: Proporcione los ID de correo electrónico del subscriber.
- Topic: Email subject
- Optional message: You can write a custom message
Also grant access to this panel: Esto permite al Username suscrito acceder a este panel de Power BI.
Let me add the Kishore email ID as a subscriber. It means that Power BI sends an email to Kishore every time the data is updated.

As you can see in the screenshot below, you can add multiple subscriptions in a single Power BI dashboard.
